The 5 Stages of a Successful Design Project

• STAGE 1: PLANNING
  During the planning stage, we spend time getting to know you and your business or organization. We ask a lot of questions in order to assess your overall business strategy, marketing objectives, target audience, competition, project and design preferences, ideas, and more.

• STAGE 2: CONCEPT & DESIGN
  After we have gathered the information, goals, and objectives needed for the project, we begin to conceptualize the graphic / web design and develop the overall structure for the project. During this stage, we will submit to you for your feedback and approval: design concept and mockup(s), project description/map, a detailed functionality outline, and, if we are writing or editing content for the project, a complete list of the pages to be written or edited. We will ensure that the overall design suits the functionality required for the project.

• STAGE 3:PRODUCTION
  After your approval of the design concept and overall project structure, we begin to create and develop your project. All of our designs are 100% custom tailored to our clients' needs, meaning that we start all projects with a blank canvas. Many web design companies will work from templates or likewise, many graphic designers may use ready-made graphics to expedite the process. We however, will never use these tactics; we pride ourselves on developing fresh, innovative designs that are created and produced solely for your unique corporate image .

• STAGE 4: TESTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE
  Testing, testing and more testing. Once the project has reached this stage it will undergo a thorough inspection and examination. We then turn it over to you to review and test. Revisions, if needed, are made to the project based on testing and feedback.

• STAGE 5: PROJECT COMPLETION / DEPLOYMENT
  Once we receive your final approval, your project is ready to "go live!" At this point, depending on the type of project, we will: upload all needed files to your live web server and submit the site to search engines (web design project), submit to you the printed work ready for distribution (graphic design project), or submit to you the final files in all the necessary formats (logo design project).
